Now that I am going to the gym more often, I am spending a little more quality time with my music player. I currently have a paid version of Spotify so I can use it on my phone much like iTunes, however – just as a side note, you can totally use Spotify on your desktop computer for free. When you are done reading each and every post on my blog because it’s so awesome, you should check out Spotify too ;) (and kidding about reading my posts. Hahaha)
Anyways, Here is some of the artists you will find me lip-singing to at the gym:

Now, above, I have listed my favorite songs to work out to at this moment. Let’s break it down, shall we?
Now, I am not one to be truly inspired by entertainers. However, while there are a handful of celebrities I DO look up to, in the world of health, beauty, confidence and independence, one person stands out to me. That, my friends is Beyonce.

Whenever I need a push to work just a little bit harder, I listen to some Beyonce. She embodies that strong female presence that says, “I can do ANYTHING.” She may be like any other celebrity… Hiring a trainer and a personal chef to help her get that fantastic “jelly” that we are all are not “ready” for. Who knows? She may have other faults too, I’m sure. However, Beyonce for me is very important. It is important to have some sort of role model that you can look up to, and to help push you to get your life together, to have something to aspire too. If my role model comes as a sexy pop singer, with fierce shoes and a magnificent voice in which to sing her femme-fire songs, then so be it! Beyonce, I love you.
