The First 5%
Well, it’s official. I have lost the first 5% of my total weight loss goal.
So, let’s talk about what it has been like thus far. It has definitely had it’s ups and downs (as you can clearly see from the posts in this blog). I am currently on an “up” at the moment, seeing as I just dropped almost 6 lbs. Going to the gym almost every day seems like it’s getting easier, although I feel like I am in a constant state of soreness.
The eating thing gets easier or harder depending on the day, and my surroundings. I always feel like Mondays are very easy because I have a clean kitchen and new groceries and I have just come off of either a great or terrible weigh-in which will either inspire me to push harder or inspire me to keep going.
Looking back at the last month and a half though, I just can’t believe it. I haven’t been all that successful with my weight loss before, so I am so happy I have the discipline to finally make some changes. I don’t think it’s totally noticeable yet, however I think another 5-10 lbs you will be able to start seeing the difference. Perhaps then I will start posting progress photos :)
